As a global pioneer in sorting solutions, Tomra is made by countless impact-driven employees.
We were able to accompany five of them in short portraits for the new recruiting campaign and present their journey, thoughts and visions.

Personal stories that inspire, arouse curiosity and make the company accessible to interested candidates through real, authentic employee stories.

In addition to a main film with the best-ofs of the individual portraits, this also resulted in detailed long versions of the individual stories, as well as short teasers including English subtitles, which allows interested parties to be forwarded simply but efficiently to the longer clips.

Parallel photo production of high-quality thumbnails makes the overall package even more rounded and thus skilfully combines all different outputs into a uniform appearance.
