Just imagine...

... you wake up in the morning, the sun is shining through your window, and you know that today will not be a day like any other. Because today you're not just going to work — You dive into the colorful, creative world of Picture Colada.

As soon as you arrive at the office, it smells of fresh coffee and ideas that are still steaming. People laugh, discuss, plan in the kitchen — someone brought waffles from yesterday, someone else has a completely crazy idea for the next shoot. Colourful mood boards are hanging in the meeting room, storyboards are flickering on the screens, and someone somewhere shouts: “Version 3.5 is here — now with a dancing toaster! ”

Your day starts with a short stand-up in the creative room, barefoot on the carpet, between houseplants, cameras and decorations that only we understand. Then it's time to get down to business: You edit the look of a new recruiting film, tinker with a key visual idea for a catering campaign or put the last hand on an editorial design that will soon be distributed throughout Koblenz.

During lunch break, people eat in the sun — sometimes pizza, sometimes vegan wrap, always in a good mood. Maybe it will even be a short walk today, where someone is secretly taking drone shots again, “just give it a try”.

In the afternoon, there is a shooting for a customer project — Industry but with style. Helmets, steel, steam, but staged like a movie. You're right in the middle of it, between camera and creative direction, and you know: Exactly here You always wanted to work. Later, you cut the making-of while someone next to you celebrates the new logo design with an espresso.

And when you turn off the lights in the office in the evening, read the last team message of the day (“Tomorrow we'll brainstorm for an amusement park — bring snacks! “), then you know:

Your tasks

✅ Support for film productions in various areas (image, recruiting, event, advertising, product)

✅ Post-production of images with common video editing programs (e.g. DaVinci Resolve)

✅ Development of creative concepts for film productions

✅ Maintaining and managing film equipment and archives

✅ Support with customer care and advice — participation in internal training and workshops

Your profile

🔹 Completed school education (at least middle school leaving certificate)

🔹 Passion for film and a good eye for image composition

🔹 Basic editing skills (experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci, etc. is an advantage)

🔹 Creativity, teamwork and reliability

🔹 Flexibility and willingness to work even on weekends and evenings

🔹 Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking

🔹 Class B driving license
