For the performance of Weber Food Technology At IFFA, we produced a complete exhibition package. Everything from a single source and directly on site. In addition to the main film, Booth Tours, interviews, machine videos, social media clips and photos were created - all completed on the same day and published on various platforms.

In this way, all channels, from LinkedIn to YouTube, from website to press, could be loaded with fresh content at the same time.

The result: A trade fair presence that not only shone on site, but also achieved full digital reach.

Weber Food Technology — Maximum visibility at the trade fair

Challenge & concept

IFFA is the leading international trade fair for meat and protein processing — and therefore the place where Weber Food Technology, as the world market leader in slicing, must present innovation and precision on a large scale. The aim was to create a trade fair presence that not only attracts visitors, but also brings the entire Weber brand world to life — live on site and digitally beyond.

Our approach: A comprehensive media package that was created in advance and made a big appearance at the trade fair itself. Several line films, a motivational video and high-quality photos revealed how Weber transforms complex processes into flowing processes. On the screens of the exhibition stand, these productions were eye-catchers — and showed Weber as strongly and approachable as never before.

Implementation & production process

A comprehensive exhibition package was created over three intensive production days:

  • Exhibition film: A modern, impressive summary of Weber Food Technology's presence at the trade fair — for use on websites, social media and presentations.
  • 6 screen animations: Visual highlights for the exhibition stand that run in a perfectly coordinated loop.
  • 5 social media versions: Short formats that ensure maximum reach before, during and after the trade fair.
  • 5 explanatory films: Complex content, presented in an understandable and appealing way.
  • Parallel exhibition photography: High-quality images for print, website and social media — ready for use the following day.

With our well-thought-out production plan, we were able to achieve maximum output in the shortest possible time and offer Weber Food Technology a wide range of uses.
