Employees are a company's best ambassadors. TOMRA wanted to use this potential and develop an authentic “employees recruit employees” campaign. The focus was on telling real stories — personal, approachable and friendly. The films should not only appeal to potential applicants, but should also show appreciation for the employees portrayed.

Challenge & concept
How do you create an emotional connection between potential applicants and current employees? TOMRA chose a storytelling approach: Instead of generic job descriptions, the focus was on real people with their individual stories. Authentic insights into everyday working life created a connection with the target group, based on identification and similarities.
