Carl Stahl is a successful manufacturer of belts for various industries — from automotive to logistics to medical technology. But how is a completely new brand created from excess belt pieces? With a creative idea, a clear strategy and a well-thought-out visual identity. Our task: To develop a strong brand that combines sustainability and lifestyle — from finding a name to design and moving image.

Challenge & concept

Creating something new from waste material — this sustainable concept should not just shape a product, but an entire brand. But a brand isn't created by itself: it needed a suitable name, a convincing logo, a well-thought-out visual identity and a clear communication strategy. In addition, the products had to be presented attractively — with high-quality photos, an instructional film and suitable printing materials.

Our solution: Strategic brand development that combines authenticity, sustainability and modern design.


Implementation & production process

In an intensive workshop, we developed the brand identity from the ground up:

  • Corporate identity & corporate design: Definition of brand values, color scheme and visual language.
  • Logo design & printing materials: Create a modern logo, flyer, thank you card and shipping box design.
  • High-quality product photography: Clear, professional shots of the DIY bags on a neutral background.
  • Instructional film: A creative video that explains the DIY process step by step.
  • Sticker and packaging design: Lovely details that make the brand tangible.
  • Coordination of printed products: From the first draft to the finished print product.

The close collaboration with Carl Stahl has created a well-thought-out brand world that perfectly conveys the sustainability idea.
